Financial Policy



To avoid any misunderstanding concerning fees, you will recieve an estimate of the proposed service prior to treatment and we will insist that some form of financial arrangement be made. To assist you in this, several options are available for your convenience.

• PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE
  as rendered is customary in our office,
  unless other financial arrangements have been made.
• VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS
  are accepted.
• OUTSIDE FINANCING,
  regular bank financing, your credit union,or other sources
  of outside financing can be arranged with our assistance.
• PROFESSIONAL BUDGET PLAN.
  After an initial payment when treatment starts, the balance can be divinded into monthly installments.

We make every effort to arrange completion of the services in the shortest possible time, therefore, fee arrangements are usually made independent of the treatment schedule.


Dental Insurance


Our office is happy to cooperate with people who have dental insurance. We ask that you read your policy to fully understand the benefits provided. You should be aware that the insurance agreement is between you and the insurance company. We will gladly help you, but it is your responsibility to know the limitations of your policy.

There is a waiting period of 30 to 90 days for the insurance claim to be processed and payment made to us. Due to this waiting period, we request that financial arrangements be made for payment of any uncoveredportion at the start of treatment to help cover the expenses incurred which must be paid immediately. When the insurance payment is recieved, we will refund any overpayment or request that you pay any remaining balance.
