Dr. Jeffrey J. Margolin has been a founder and partner at Empire State Dental Group (ESDG) for 27 years. He is currently professor and supervisory dentist at the State University of New York at Farmingdale and was previously Clinical Associate Professor at the New York University College of Dentistry. Prior to joining ESDG, Dr. Margolin practiced in Queens and then in Hartford Connecticut, where he was an attending dentist at the Mt. Sinai Hospital of Hartford as well as a member of the Cleft Palate Team at the Newington Children's Hospital. Following graduation from the New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Margolin took specialty training in prosthodontics at NYU. |

He has had articles published in journals such as the N.Y. State Dental Journal, and has been a consultant for several major magazines. He was a contributing author to a major text book, and has been a featured speaker on a major radio program. In 1992 he was the honored by the American Dental Association for his volunteer service to the State of Israel, where he delivered dental care to the members of a Kibbutz in the northern part of the country for 8 years.
In addition to his profession, Dr. Margolin devotes the majority of his time to his wife, children, and grandchild, and to his hobbies, which include physical fitness, fishing, boating and photography.

Dr. Burton P. Golumbic is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry and a former clinical instructor of Dentistry at Columbia University.
Upon entering practice in 1975, Dr. Golumbic has focused much of his practice on esthetic procedures as a craftsman and dental artist, Dr. Golumbic has been able to create beautiful confident smiles for his patients. |

Dr. Golumbic enjoys lecturing about cosmetic dentistry to dentists, laboratory technicians and groups.

Dr. W. Thomas Safin is a graduate of New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry and is a co-founder of the Empire State Dental Group.
Dr. Safin's main interest is in general dentistry and he hopes to continue practice until he gets it right.
In addition, to his profession, Dr. Safin devotes the majority of his time to tennis which sadly, he will never earn a living from.
